The quality, health, environmental and safety (QHSE) policy of Water technologies and solutions LLC states
By stating our business policy and how the QHSE system works, all levels of the company become committed to putting the QHSE policy into practice. Both the relevant legal regulations as well as the continual improvement of our organization and of the procedures from efficiency standpoints are to be taken into consideration here.
QUALITY is the fulfilment of agreed upon, established and required standards on our products and services. The yardstick by which we measure quality is the criterion which the customer and/ or the market requires and expects.
ENVIRONMENT refers to the surroundings in which we are active. These include the air, water, land, natural resources, flora, fauna and mankind.
SAFETY means employees are not to be exposed to any inappropriate risks while at work, health damages are not to be incurred and causing material damages is to be avoided.
Solely Activities and Authority may be delegated; overall responsibility may never be. The overall responsibility lies with the management. However, management can instruct employees to perform a task on one’s own responsibility. The employees shall then carry the complete juristic responsibility for these tasks.
Every superior should appropriately encourage and support his employees to constantly identify themselves with our company, perform tasks independently and responsibly, discover their creative skills and introduce innovative ideas.
The customer’s interests must be thoroughly considered during consulting and whenever contacting customers, so that our supplying services and other services can lead to optimal problem solving. It is our desire to train and motivate all of our employees so that they will provide quality-oriented work on their own initiative. The quality of our efforts is born out of personal conviction: each and every employee in the company – and not merely those who oversee quality – contributes to assuring and improving quality.
Quality is not a matter of coincidence nor is it to be taken for granted; rather, it has to be systematically planned and worked at. Thus, it is particularly important that intended plans be checked for correctness early, intensely thought over and tested well in advance.
We prefer using measures which prevent mistakes from occurring in the first place for all activities. Using a control system to identify mistakes and then correct them is of lesser value.
Costs and delivery deadlines may not be corrected at the cost of quality; according to the definition of quality, they are subject to one’s own efforts to provide quality.
Immaterial products of our company, such as sales activities, contacting customers, installation and customer service, also fall expressly under the same quality guidelines.
